The best kind of preparations are the kind that involve a sortie to the riverbank.
To collect armfuls of wild flowers. Don't they look beautiful. Seems a shame to move them really!
Oh and baking, lots and lots and lots of baking. Several cakes and 86 scones! Yes, I did count them!
